Settled under a beautiful aged oak tree, this wedding site is a perfect place to unite together in a marriage as strong and resilient as the oak itself.
This wedding site is settled directly beside the lake, edged in by a beautiful stone sea wall. The willow tree is full of symbolism such as hope and safety. Say “I do” at our Willow site, declaring to be a source of hope and safety for your life-long partner.
Surrounded by large trees, a flowing brook with small waterfalls, and a view of the lake, The Grove is undoubtedly one of our favorite sites. We are sure it will become one of yours as well.
7,200 sq ft of conditioned or open air space overlooking the lake, with tables and chairs for up to 225 guests. This space also features a fireplace and TV.
We have a beautiful 6 acre lake with two docks. The first dock features a covered seating area while the second dock features a swing. We also have several seating areas around the lake to view the beautiful lit fountain.
Our Bridal Suite is nestled within The Barn featuring three hair & make up vanities with a large open sitting area. The Bridal Suite is also equipped with a kitchen, coffee bar, microwave, refrigerator. Last, but not least, a luxurious bath with free standing tub, large tile shower, double vanity and water closet.
Our Grooms Lodge offers a private space with a living room, game room, pool table, shuffle board, and large screen tv. We are also equipped with a full bath and dressing room. Groomsmen also have access to our patio and pool area.
We want to make your event as memorable as possible. To assist with this we have a warming kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ice machine, stainless steel work tables, a 3 compartment sink, 2 warming ovens, as well as a 2 compartment sink.

Welcome to The Grove at DeFoor Farm. We are Jimmy and Christy DeFoor, the owners of The Grove. We are blessed with three children, Elizabeth and Brent Hulsey, Lindsey and Parrish Pelt and our son, Evan DeFoor. Our new favorite title is Papa and Mimi to our grand babies, Charlie, Tate, and Jace. We purchased our farm 20 years ago and built our family home. Over the years we have hosted several weddings and events with family, friends, and our church family. During this time, we have discovered the love and passion we have for hosting weddings and events. To see family and friends make memories and share beautiful moments together is priceless. We are thankful and excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to see what the future holds for new beginnings at The Grove at DeFoor Farm.
